Chef Matt Demarest & Autumn Ongaro
Thrive aims to celebrate the true meaning of “farm to table” by cultivating, preparing and cooking individual ingredients in their prime. They thrive on what our land has to offer, with their farm allowing them to grow, raise and forage as much as they can. Beyond that is where the amazing folks of Norfolk come into play. Local farmers and fishers offer amazing products that Thrive is proud to support and present alongside their own. Collaborating within this bountiful community allows for endless culinary creations.

Chef & Owner of TWCOfood
Born and raised in Norfolk County, Tracy was the chef/owner of Brantford's Bellworth House from 2000-2015. She has worked closely with other notable chefs such as Chuck Hughes and also operated Norfolk's first culinary career college for close to a decade, helping guide the careers of some of the areas most talented chefs. Tracy now on being one of the area's most sought after private and event catering chefs.
