Surrounded by some of the most bountiful agricultural land in Eastern Canada, our goal was to create a space that was welcoming, glamorous and functional and that could be used to highlight all that Southwest Ontario has to offer to the truly food obsessed.

This space is where we host our ongoing series of rotating
Port Dover may not be big enough of a food destination to support a bevy of award winning food establishments... yet.
In the meantime, we chose to create a space where we could invite exciting new or established culinary talent to offer food experiences that delight educate and inspire.
