About the event

Come enjoy a multi-course blind menu presented by the Dover George & Chef Daniel Wilson.


Chef Daniel Wilson has spent the last 10 years working in fine dining restaurants across Canada. Originally from Ottawa, ON, he ventured east to Newfoundland. There he worked at the Fogo Island Inn, and fell in love with the culture and the natural abundance of Canadian ingredients.  After returning to Ontario he started working at Restaurant Pearl Morissette in 2021. With a keen eye for detail and affinity for the service industry, he made his way through all stations at the restaurant, eventually leaving in 2023 to take over as chef of their sister restaurant RPM Bakehouse.

The Dover George is a licensed establishment (LLBO)

  • A selection of signature cocktails, wine by the glass/bottle and local craft beers are also available.

    CANCELLATION POLICY: All ticket/bookings are refundable minus a $10 processing fee up to 72 hours prior to the event. Within 72hrs of event start time, all sales become final. Cancellations must be made by contacting The Dover George directly by phone at (226) 270-0076 or email at PLEASE NOTE: Out of respect for the time and efforts of our event partners, a minimum of 50% of available event seats must be sold to guarantee dates will not be cancelled or rescheduled.
