ABOUT THE CHEF:
Chef Daniel Wilson has spent the last 10 years working in fine dining restaurants across Canada. Originally from Ottawa, ON, he ventured east to Newfoundland. There he worked at the Fogo Island Inn, and fell in love with the culture and the natural abundance of Canadian ingredients. After returning to Ontario he started working at Restaurant Pearl Morissette in 2021. With a keen eye for detail and affinity for the service industry, he made his way through all stations at the restaurant, eventually leaving in 2023 to take over as chef of their sister restaurant RPM Bakehouse.
