ABOUT THE CHEF:
Kyle is a Canadian chef, educator, and entrepreneur based in Norfolk County. His culinary path has been shaped by formative years cooking in Scotland and Spain, where he developed a deep appreciation for regional traditions and honest, ingredient-driven cooking. In Toronto, Kyle became known for his leadership as Head Chef at Starfish and Ceili Cottage, two restaurants celebrated for their focus on craft, sustainability, and warm hospitality. For the past decade he has been dedicated to culinary education at George Brown College, mentoring cooks and sharing the techniques, discipline, and curiosity that have defined his own career.
