ABOUT THE CHEF:
Chef Tracy Winkworth is one of Norfolk's most popular and well known caterers. She is the former owner and Executive Chef of the Belworth House, a much loved restaurant in Waterford that was a staple of the local up-scale dining scene for years. She also happens to have trained many of the best young culinary talents Norfolk County has to offer. And can sometimes be found on sets of shows like the Social or The Good Stuff with Mary Berg supporting celebrity chef Chuck Hughes as one of his favourite food stylists.
