ABOUT THE CHEF:
Chef Ryan brings over 35 years of experience to George's table. From opening award-winning restaurants in Banff and Ontario to building successful boutique cheese shops across the country. His many contributions to the Norfolk County culinary landscape, including The Combine and Lago Trattoria, were beloved local favourites that showcased his dedication to celebrating the best of Ontario's Garden. His deep understanding and admiration for old-world flavours and techniques shape his approach, ensuring every dish is elevated, rooted in tradition while still being driven by local ingredients.
